As a Talent Advisor, you will be based in our client’s Singapore office and will work closely with the hiring managers and business leaders. In this role, you will have a unique opportunity to work on a versatile range of roles combining IT and non-IT with a well known client of ours.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Providing strategic talent advisory and planning to support your stakeholders and business leaders
- Partnering with hiring managers to understand and define current/future skills requirements
- Initiating a range of sourcing activities to ensure a regular supply of candidates that meet client’s current and future demands
- Engaging hiring managers and candidates on a weekly basis, providing regular updates on the process.
- Compliantly work with Applicant Tracking System to input the correct data and statuses of candidates, making sure all data is correct in real-time.
- Developing and managing the recruitment process for clients through sourcing, screening, and qualifying candidates, briefing and preparing candidates, and negotiating remuneration packages to ensure client needs and expectations are met in a timely manner.
- Sharing market feedback and competitor intelligence to educate the hiring manager on supply & demand
About You
- Mandarin and English language skills is a must as this role will required to converse with candidates based in China in Mandarin and English for other locations
- Strong experience in technology recruitment, with strong ambition and a desire to develop and grow
- In-house recruitment, Recruitment Process Outsourcing experience or an agency recruitment background will be a plus
- Highly organized and manages time effectively
- Enjoys structure and following a process
- Comfortable seeking help when they need it
