Position: Executive Assistant to CEO


Position Overview:


We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide strategic and operational support to our Chief Executive Officer. This role is designed to be a stepping stone to future positions in operational management, product management, or strategic direction within the company. The ideal candidate will have the ambition and capability to advance into these roles, contributing to the strategic and operational success of our organization.


Key Responsibilities:


Meeting Coordination:

  • Organize and prepare for executive meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
  • Coordinate logistics for board meetings and senior leadership team meetings.

Project Management:

  • Assist in the execution of strategic projects and initiatives led by the CEO.
  • Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making processes.
  • Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications.

Communication and Liaison:

  • Act as a point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Facilitate communication and ensure timely dissemination of information.
  • Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports for the CEO.

Operational and Strategic Support:

  • Assist in the development and implementation of operational strategies.
  • Participate in strategic planning sessions and provide input based on insights gathered from day-to-day interactions and activities.
  • Support the CEO in tracking and analyzing business performance metrics.

Confidentiality and Discretion:

  • Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and professionalism.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an executive assistant or similar role.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a related field.
  • Experience in project management or strategic planning.
  • Familiarity with the industry in which the company operates.

Operational Manager:

  • Take on increased responsibility in managing company operations, overseeing departments, and ensuring operational efficiency.

Product Manager:

  • Lead product development initiatives, manage product life cycles, and align product strategy with business goals.

Strategy Director:

  • Participate in high-level strategic planning, contribute to the development of business strategies, and lead strategic initiatives.

General Manager of New Business Units:

  • Oversee the launch and growth of new business units, manage cross-functional teams, and drive business expansion.
