Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate maintenance activities for facilities and equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
- Ensure the proper functioning and maintenance of machinery and equipment (such as gensets, excavators, etc.) to support production and operational requirements.
- Coordinate tasks and resources across the machinery & equipment maintenance team and logistics & operations team to meet operational goals and deadlines.
- Oversee and ensure that the Operations and Logistics teams adhere to safety measures during operations.
- Address operational issues and challenges, implementing solutions to maintain efficiency and productivity.
- Lead the team in performing daily tasks, including daily reporting.
**Job Requirements:**
- Minimum diploma in maintenance or mechanical engineering.
- 2 – 5 years of experience in the machinery and equipment field.
- Knowledge of procedures for the maintenance of equipment and machinery.
- Knowledge of logistics and operations is an advantage.
- Basic IT knowledge of software operations.
- Valid class 3 driving license (optional).
- People-oriented, task-oriented, and possess a positive work attitude.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
- Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Willingness to travel to various project sites as required.
