Job Description
-Evaluating existing manufacturing processes and identifying areas for improvement.
- Determining problem resolutions and implementing improvements.
- To work closely with all functions so as to achieve company goals.
- To involve in cost-saving project in manufacturing processes.
- Ensuring manufacturing processes, equipment, and products comply with safety standards and legal regulations.
- Plan, organize and direct the manufacturing operations so as to ensure the most effective manufacturing operations.
- To meet business objectives and productions schedules while insuring product standards that will meet our customers' expectations.
- Ensure all manufacturing processes are adhering to all Regulatory and Statutory Requirement.
- Implement manufacturing strategies and action plans to ensure that the facility supports company strategic initiatives.
-Establish group and individual accountabilities throughout assigned departments for problem solving and cost reduction, both on a permanent and ad-hoc basis, depending on need and encourage use of new techniques and focus on fact based problem solving.
- Improve manpower utilization within existing departments and processes.
- Manage spending against budget and in relation to changes in production volume.
- Work with Human Resource Department and assure that employee grievances are addressed in a timely manner.
- Maintain and ensure work safety and practices. Continually improve safety record by addressing both physical safety issues and employee safety attitudes.
- Maintain and improve housekeeping in all areas.
- Maintain individual skills keeping up to date with latest production and production management concepts.
- Develop and maintain effective open communication link with all levels of personnel.
- Prepare, present and review operational performance and develop action plan for corrective, preventive and improvement.
- Ensure the update awareness on the customer requirements throughout theorganization.
- Comply to all regulatory requirements.
- Perform any other ad-hoc projects or tasks to be assigned by the Management from time to time.

Qualifications
- Degree in Engineering/Manufacturing discipline
- Minimum 5 years working experience in manufacturing environment
- Extensive knowledge of lean manufacturing
- Knowledge in management and control of workforce
- Knowledge in ISO 9001 Quality Management System is anadvantage
- Report writing
- Able to plan and delegate
- Strong communication, engagement, and analytical skills
-Able to work in a fast-moving environment
- Experience in Oracle application
- Skills in MS Excel, Words, PowerPoint
Education
• Bachelor's Level Degree Preferred
