Overview
Reporting to the Store Manager, the incumbent is responsible to perform general storekeeping duties and manage the Back of House (BOH) stock management.
How you will contribute:
- Perform receiving, verify and pack incoming shipment/deliveries, to highlight if there's any discrepancies, damage or delay to relevant parties in timely manner
- Perform good housekeeping and maintain cleanliness and tidiness in back of house (BOH) at all times
- Ensure stocks are well organized according to store SOP
- Perform price tag requisition for damage / missing tags with the Merchandising team.
- Perform weekly merchandise check in BOH to ensure price tags are correctly labeled to physical stocks.
- Keep proper document records and stock control movement.
- Perform weekly store to store transfer; and reconciliation of stocks between stores
- Requisite packaging items (paper bags, stickers, strings, gift box etc)
- Assist Store Manager to investigate stock discrepancies when necessary
- Handle repair ticketing matters via sales logic
- Handle repair shipments matters
- Assist stock take and ad hoc back of house functions from time to time.
Who you are
- At least 2 years warehouse experience; students on long vacation are also welcome
- Possess initiative, meticulous and details oriented
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision and guidance
- Able to carry/manage stocks
- Highly motivated team player in a fast pace environment
- Proficient in MS office application (Word, Excel)
