Job Responsibilities:
• Solution pre-sales: Provide pre-sales technical support to customers.
• Maintain good rapport with customer technical team: Manage ongoing pre-sales process, develop relationships, respond to and anticipate customer needs with a focus on solutions.
• Perform Proof of Conduct (POC) testing and solution evaluation.
• Work with post-sales team to ensure solution is delivered as proposed.
Job Requirements:
• Degree in Information Technology, Telecommunication, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Engineering & Media, Electrical & Electronics Engineering or related fields.
• Experience and good knowledge in Datacom and network solution, including router, switch, WIFI, firewall etc.
• Excellent team player with initiative, ability to meet project timelines and work independently.
• Display high-energy, outgoing, can-do personality, ability to prioritize the tasks.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
