IN BRIEF
- Oversee the development of our technology and deliver all technical aspects of the company’s strategy; drive and lead the development and maintenance of our data platform and solutions, including machine learning algorithms and big data platforms.
- You will supervise the development of internal products and tools for our internal team members, as well as external products and tools to be used by customers and members of the wider community.
- You will be part of our senior leadership team. You will also be managing top data, cloud, software development, data science & engineering, and infrastructure and security in delivering scalable products efficiently; and leading them through new technologies to increase EVYD’s competitive advantage.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Based in location of business for key accounts(Or be dispatched to the project site half a year).
- Ensure team cohesion and attrition
- Uphold the company’s vision in all activities.
- Responsible for technical realization in project delivery.
- Develop high quality company’s technology strategies and plans, and ensuring their alignment with the vision and mission of the company.
- Guide the development and execution of both short and long term strategies and plans, bearing full responsibilities of the technology operations.
- Lead the strategy for technology platforms, partnerships and external relationships.
- Serve as a good steward of the company’s resources and ensures control of IT & digital budgets.
- Responsible for technology policies, procedures and standards, to ensure organizational success.
- Develop and direct all networking safeguards to reduce the risk of outside breaches and protect sensitive & confidential internal and external information.
- Develop and implement all our innovative healthcare solutions.
- Manage all IT & digital assets. Create overall technology standards and practices.
- Consistently evaluate technical efficiency and makes changes and recommendations as necessary.
- Identify competitive advantages and technological trends for the benefits of EVYD.
- Conduct research and case studies on leading edge technologies and makes determinations on the probability of implementation.
- Direct the development and possible implementation of policies, processes and SOPs, in instances of breach, and responsible for disaster recovery plans.
- Works collaboratively with other department heads, such as production, business development and operations, to define and deliver new products and enhancements.
- Maintain a deep knowledge of the industry.
- Demonstrate positive and professional conduct at all times, and lead by example.
REQUIREMENTS
- Min 15 years industry experience with previous working experience as a Chief Technology Officer
- Min MA in Engineering, Computer Science or similar relevant field.
- In-depth knowledge of web systems architecture, design and development.
- Solid knowledge of the full stack of the technology including Python, Rust, TypeScript, React, PHP, Web Server, JavaScript, Automating Tools and data platforms
- Good experience with designing, implementing and training machine learning algorithms, including data engineering and feature design.
- Strong experience in leading teams across several countries, and guiding technical strategy from concepts to implementation.
- Have a large and quality network, including trusted development firms, engineers and consultants.
- Hands-on experience with complex project management.
- Outstanding communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Proven track record of facilitating cross-departmental issue identification, problem-solving, and resolution.
- Effective negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Excellent problem solver and attention to details.
- Ability to speak, read and write English is required.
- Previous experience in healthcare solution company is an added advantage.
