Key Responsibilities
* Supervise and manage production staff, including scheduling, training and performance evaluation
* Oversee daily operations of the blending process to ensure production schedules are met
* Ensure that all products meet established quality standards and customer specifications
* Manage inventory levels of raw materials and finished products to ensure adequate supply without overstocking
* Prepare and maintain accurate production records and provide updates on production status and issues
* Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency and productivity
* Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with all health, safety and environemntal regulations
