Job Responsibilities:
- BU Responsible for top line and bottom line for Technical Products (Diesel Systems, Gasoline Systems, Electronic Systems, Steering Systems, Comfort EIectronics, BEV products) for Mobility Aftermarket, APS, according to target deployment in the Matrix GTS (Go-to-Source) and GTM (Go-to-Market).
- Accountable for Competence Management and Employee Development of MA-TG team in APS including BU representative in Diesel Powerhouse ASEAN.
- Accountable for regional BU / Product Area strategies in alignment with global BU / PAX strategy.
- Responsible to liaison with OE divisions PS, VM, ME, EM, XC as well as third party suppliers for the Mobility Aftermarket business.
- Responsible for complete MA-TG portfolio in the region (product owner = RBR-APS), as well as BU representative for all TG products (product owner = central PAX) towards GTM functions.
- Responsible for the target alignment and continuous alignment between Product Managers and Product Specialists/Channel Managers, knee joint from BU side.
- Responsible to develop sources for resale goods, new products and range expansion with the support of PUR and PUQ departments
Qualifications:
- Technical or commercial university degree.
- Solid experience cross-functional knowledge of Mobility Aftermarket (MA) processes. Good experience with International Cooperation. Experience/Knowledge in Project Management. Experience with commercial aspects like Business Plan, Budgeting, P&L.
- Excellent Product Know How of MA-TG products. Sound Knowledge and Experience of Product Management. Good understanding of Vendor Management, shift-ability and M&A. Aftermarket Know How and understanding of Aftermarket channels (OES, IAM). Good network in Mobility Aftermarket (MA) and Bosch Mobility (BBM).
- Flexibility regarding permanent location (Singapore and/or other location in APS). Good team player and networking skills. Good Communication and Entrepreneurial Skills. Willingness for traveling.
- 10+ years of professional experience in Automotive sector. Considerable (intercultural) leadership experience in at least 2 positions.
- Excellent English skills.
- Preferably with intercultural experience.
