Responsibilities:
- Financial Planning and Analysis: Create and manage financial models, including budgets and forecasts. Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare comprehensive financial reports and key performance indicators (KPIs) for management. Communicate financial information clearly and effectively.
- Business Support: Collaborate with various departments to develop and implement business strategies. Provide financial analysis to support decision-making.
- Financial Control: Monitor expenses and ensure adherence to budget guidelines. Manage month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Maintain compliance with accounting standards and regulations. Implement and maintain internal controls to protect company assets.
- Process Improvement: Drive efficiency and accuracy by implementing process improvements and automation within the finance function.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Professional accounting certification would be advantegeous.
- Minimum of 12 years of progressive accounting experience is required
- Proficiency in financial modelling, forecasting techniques, and financial analysis tools.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
