Job Description:
- Proficiency in Python / SQL (e.g., Pandas, Polars, NumPy, SciPy).
- Proficiency in machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g. PyTorch, scikit-learn) and data visualization tools (e.g., matplotlib, seaborn).
- Strong knowledge of machine learning algorithms (regression, SVM, gradient boosting, LSTMs, Transformers, etc) and experience working with time series datasets.
- 5+ years of experience working on Traditional Data Science Projects
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and analytically.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex concepts and findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Familiarity with AWS suite of AI/ML Services
- Conduct exploratory data analysis and provide rapid iterations of analysis to refine posed problem and identify potential solutions.
- Select and develop the appropriate machine learning algorithm /statistical model to address a particular business question.
- Research industry trends and identify industry best practices to develop best practice within the Data & Analytics team.
