Job Responsilibilities:
- Provide prompt and efficient maintenance and repair services for the property
- Perform preventive / corrective maintenance checks for all building services
- Ensure the timely completion of services and repairs to mechanical and electrical equipment
- Maintain interior and exterior of buildings, furniture, fixtures, etc
- Check stock level of engineering materials and maintain appropriate spare parts and material stock to ensure parts are sufficient for repair works
- Ensure compliance with safety rules and regulations
- Ad-hoc duties or projects that may be assigned by supevisor
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate / NTC 3 / NiTEC / Higher NiTEC in Engineering (Electrical / Industrial / Mechanical / Building and Facilities) or equivalent.
- Minimun 2 years of working experience in similar capacity
- Skills knowledge of Mechnical & Electrical systems including troubleshoot and repair methods
- Pro-active attitude and service oriented
- Meticulous and able to multi-task
- Able to work shift hours, weekend & PH
