Job Description:
- Ensuring the carpark is in operation as per normal, report if there are any abnormalities
- Correspond and coordinate with motorist pertaining to season issues (new application, renewal, change of particular & refund)
- Carry our enforcement action to errand motorist (e.g. issuance of notice, wheel clamp)
- Ensure the cleanliness of the systems and carpark
- Any other ad-hoc assignments assigned by the Management
