Position: Senior Building Technician
Working Location: Orchard
Salary: $2200 - $2700
HP Allowance: $50
Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm, Saturday 9am – 1pm
Responsibilities:
· Provides general assistance in the maintenance of building
· Carries out routine inspection and servicing building’s mechanical and electrical installations, building and associated facilities.
· Provide technical assistance.
· Check and identify building defects.
· Response in any form of emergency breakdown.
· Coordinate and assist supervisor in A&A works.
· Submit and report job status or defects to supervisor.
· Coordinate and liaise with contractors.
· Other duties as and when assigned
Requirements:
· Candidate must possess minimum NITEC / Higher NITEC in Building / Estate Management / Real Estate / Engineering in Electronic & Electrical / Mechanical / Mechatronic or equivalent.
· Independent, meticulous, tactful and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
· Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
· At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
· 5.5 days’ work week & office hours.
