Project Manager - Construction (Pharma, Contract-based)
​Our client is a global healthcare company aims to improve the quality of human life. The company is one of the leading MNCs in developing and manufacturing drugs, vaccines and consumer healthcare products.
Responsibilities:​
- To oversee the demolishing and re-construction project for drug manufacturing.
- To provide strategic inputs in the manufacturing process designs, demolishing activities and resource planning.
- To ensure the construction & demolishing processes follow the specified safety and statutory regulation standards & guidelines.
- To address and resolve any issues related design, safety, feasibility, and constructability throughout the project phase.
- To work closely and effectively with relevant project stakeholders.
- To ensure proper documentation/ record keeping throughout the project phase.
- To constantly update the project progress to the Project Manager.
Requirements:​
- Minimally with a Degree in Pharmaceutical/ Process/ Chemical/ Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- 5 to 10 years of relevant working experiences in the pharmaceutical/ chemical manufacturing industries.
- Good knowledge of GMP and biotechnological manufacturing equipment & process validations/ qualification.
- Good knowledge of EHS requirements in the pharmaceutical/ Chemical / biological manufacturing environment.
- Good knowledge of Lean Construction Management.
- Good knowledge of project management.

- Excellent interpersonal, leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent time-management, documentation cooperative skills.
- Ability to standby for long extended overtime if required.
