Key Responsibilities:

- SEO & SEM: Implement and manage SEO strategies to enhance organic search visibility. Develop and optimize paid search campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.
- Social Media: Manage and grow the company’s social media presence on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Pinterest. Create and schedule posts, engage with followers, and track performance metrics.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights. Prepare regular reports and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborations: Work closely with the creative team to ensure all marketing materials align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital marketing technologies to inform strategy and tactics.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Have experience in digital marketing, preferably within the beauty or retail industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and SEO/SEM.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and social media management tools.
