Roles and Responsibilities:
- Create visually appealing and effective designs for various mediums such as print, digital, or web.
- Collaborate with other team members such as marketing, operations, or product design to create cohesive designs that meet the needs of the organization.
- Ensure that all designs adhere to the organization’s brand guidelines and visual identity.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritise tasks to meet deadlines.
- Make revisions to designs based on feedback from team members / stakeholders.
- Keeping up-to-date with design trends and industry standards to produce high-quality work.
- Preparing designs for print or web, ensuring that they are in the appropriate formats and resolutions.
- Manage the organization’s digital assets, such as images and logos, and ensure they are organized and accessible to other team members.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to help achieve organizational goals.
- Assist in other ad-hoc duties, as and when assigned

Qualifications and Education Requirements:
- Diploma or Certificate in Graphic Arts or any related discipline.
- Minimum of 1 year of work experience in a similar role with a strong portfolio of creative work.
Technical Competencies:
- Proficiency in using Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Experience and knowledge in 3D design, website management and/or video editing will be an advantage.
