Responsibilities:
- Design for illumination of different areas and lux calculations.
- Cable size calculation cable scheduling and its route selection, overhead or underground.
- Proper earthing protection system for all electrical installation.
- Proper lightning protection system for structure and equipment
- Design for fire alarm and detection system.
- Estimate, prepare and assign resources such as manpower, materials, consumables, equipment, tools etc, required for all electrical and related works.
- Interprets drawings, contract documents and applicable standards or specifications.
- Preparation of method statement and drawing for electrical and related works.
- Coordinate with Client / Consultant's representatives for any site instructions and inspections of works.
- Preparation of site daily reports, inspection requests and all relevant progress monitoring reports.
- Ensure all the works done are in accordance to the approved construction drawings, contract documents, project specifications and applicable standards.
- Testing, commissioning and maintenance of all electrical equipment.
- Familiar with engineering software such Autocad, Solidworks, Revit, Sketchup etc.
Requirements:
- Relevant diploma/degree qualification in Engineering.
- Min 3 years of Engineering experience in the relevant field in construction.
