Requirements:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of software engineers, developers, and application support specialists specializing in CRM applications.
- Liaise with Japanese counterparts to understand the end to end application requirements.
- Set clear goals and objectives for the team, and monitor performance to ensure project milestones are met.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.
- Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering and design to development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Manage resources effectively and allocate tasks based on team members' strengths and expertise.
- Ensure the smooth operation, maintenance, and support of all software applications.
- Implement best practices for application performance monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimization.
- Coordinate with other departments to understand their application needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in software development and application management.
- Strong experience in CRM Application development
- 3+ years of experience in a leadership or management role.
- Strong knowledge of software development methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
- Experience with application performance monitoring and optimization tools.
- Knowledge of data security and compliance standards.
- Business level Japanese speaking is required as the candidate will be required to liaise with Japanese stakeholders, vendors and counterparts on daily basis.
