Data Analysis
- Determine data collection requirements for WSG programmes and perform analysis for management reporting and programme effectiveness reviews.
- Analyse labour market data and programme data, to identify key insights and trends to facilitate policy, programme and system enhancements.
- Work with stakeholders to facilitate and address their data requests.
Systems Development
- Interface with relevant IT personnel, internal stakeholders and vendors, to support the development of relevant digital tools and systems to support digitization efforts.
- Manage project implementation, including seeking and providing stakeholder inputs, and monitoring project timelines and outcomes.
Requirements
- Relevant experience in the fields of data, statistical analysis or systems
Knowledge/Skills
- Good communication skills with the ability to work closely with internal and external teams.
- Good knowledge of data platforms and ability to discuss technical requirements.
- Good project management skills.
- Proficiency in at least one of the data analysis or visualisation tool (e.g. Stata, SAS, R, Python, Tableau) would be advantageous.
- Experience in process owner implementation of IT systems and data analysis in public service context would be advantageous.
Abilities/Aptitudes
- Team player with good interpersonal skills, and the ability to work with and address the needs of diverse stakeholders.
- Interest in latest developments in digital technologies and understanding of what makes an effective and user-friendly IT system.
- Curious, determined and adaptable.
