Key Responsibilities
· Work to a high standard & have a level of technical expertise commensurate with the job
· Possess a good general understanding of the entire build cycle.
· Assist in assessing design, preparing cost plans and budget estimates.
· Assist in estimating costs, analysing risks, and controlling costs.
· Assist with tendering, procurement contract administration
· Assisting in the preparation of tender documents and undertaking tender analysis
· Assisting in the preparing monthly valuations and financial statements
· Assisting in the preparation and negotiation of final accounts
· Actively participate in Currie & Brown internal forums, training and social events
· Promote, and contribute to, as appropriate, the commercial interests and aspirations of the Company and your business unit.
· Promote the Company values at all times:
· Other duties and responsibilities as defined in the methods and procedures contained in the company’s Quality Management System
