Digital Marketing & Platform Management:
- Conceptualize and create engaging social media content to increase follower engagement, managing an account with over 17K followers.
- Drive brand awareness and publicity across multiple platforms (website, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, XHS).
- Provide monthly marketing updates and reports, analysing agency deliverables, marketing activities, and monitoring competitor activity.
- Collaborate closely with the in-house marketing team, third-party vendors, and the retail team to ensure consistent messaging and branding across various communication channels.
Ad-hoc Event & In-store Coordination:
- Plan, develop, and coordinate integrated marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and events under the guidance of the Marcom Manager.
- Manage all forms of marketing communication efforts, including in-store display materials, branding elements, media publicity, and digital assets.
- Perform any other ad hoc duties or handle marketing administrative tasks assigned by the Manager.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in Mass Communication, Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications & Media Management, or a relevant discipline.
- Fresh graduates are welcome. Candidates with at least 1 year of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or related fields are preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with a creative flair.
- Experience in Canva (basic editing skills) and proficiency in MS Office.
- Savvy with digital media, social media platforms (Facebook & Instagram), and website maintenance.
- Proficient in both English and Chinese (fluency in speaking and Chinese Pinyin typing is an added advantage for liaising with Chinese-speaking associates and handling XHS).
