Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain high-quality Business Process Management (BPM) products that meet requirements.
- Implement Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) practices to improve deployment efficiency.
- Lead the design of BPM specifications, ensuring they align with both technical requirements and business goals.
- Translate business needs into scalable, reliable, and high-performance technical solutions.
- Create and maintain clear, comprehensive technical and API documentation to support collaboration and knowledge sharing.
Requirements:
- At least 1 to 3 years of practical development and maintenance experience in Java
- Practical experience with Web (JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX, etc.) Application development
- Practical experience with MVC frameworks (Spring, Hibernate, Struts, or others)
- Experience in developing BPM-electronic signature forms is preferred
- Experience integrating ERP systems (such as SAP, Oracle ERP, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.)
- Familiarity with API, Web services, and other integration technologies
- Experience with DevOps, including CI/CD process design and implementation, containerization technologies (such as Docker, Kubernetes) & Agile development methodologies will be an advantage
- Experience in manufacturing industry is an advantage
