Responsibilities:
Reporting to Managing Director, Consultancy & Advisory, the new member of the team will contribute to the delivery of quality service to our clients and business partners by providing professional advisory service in the areas of insurance and liquidity planning. The incumbent needs to generate profitable client referrals to the company by engaging and servicing our partners and clients.
- Maintain consistent engagement of offshore bankers in developing robust and sustainable referral relationships
- Provide professional and quality advice to clients on their liquidity planning and insurance needs
- Achieve annual target of net revenue or an amount agreed upon during the annual review
- Fulfill full compliance to company's internal compliance policies and procedures as well as MAS regulatory requirements
- Submit new business documents timely and accurately
- Provide quality ongoing service to existing policyholders by conducting annual policy reviews in a timely manner
- Support other team members in client meetings, medicals and presentations
Requirements:
- Min 5-8 years' experience in sales and/or relationship management in the insurance or banking industry, providing offshore wealth planning solutions
- Valid MAS license
- Relevant industry connections/clientele in the Malaysia market, specifically in Kuala Lumpur
- Proficiency in Mandarin (both written and spoken) to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients
- Proficiency in Cantonese (both written and spoken) to liaise with Cantonese-speaking clients
