Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Calls & Servicing: Conduct sales calls and service assigned accounts to increase sales revenue.
- Lead Management: Handle leads from online booking platforms, following up according to SLA, and converting them to contracts in NetSuite and Cognito Forms.
- Client Interaction: Manage online sales queries, prepare and present proposals, and contract with clients.
- Event Support: Attend site visits, pre-conference planning meetings, and venue meetings to support customer events.
- Proposal Preparation: Effectively prepare and present quotes and proposals to clients.
- Sales Management: Oversee the end-to-end management of sales leads.
Requirement
- Possess at least a Diploma/Degree in any related field
- Minimum 3 - 4 years of working experience in sales servicing role, front-line customer service
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task and prioritise tasks and deliverables
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Highly flexible and adaptable to continuous change and growth
