RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
As a Service Crew, you will work with your Team Members to deliver a high-quality service experience that exceeds customer expectations:
· Welcoming guests according to company standards in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
· Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of the room and keeping the environment tidy at all times
· Able to perform duties like taking food and drink orders, cashiering and any other ad hoc duties from time to time.
· Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping of work areas
· Ensure that guests received attention at all times
· Building and maintaining good rapport with the guest
· Manage and deliver/serve drinks/food
· Perform general basic service
· Establish rapport with guests to build loyal and satisfied customers
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
· Able to communicate in English/Mandarin
· Minimum O-level education
· Outgoing, presentable and service-oriented
· Cheerful, independent and self-motivated
· Able to work shifts, weekends and public holiday
