We are looking for dedicated and experienced Team Lead of KTLO (Keep the Light On) team to support public healthcare HRIS system. The candidate is expected to have depth knowledge in SAP SuccessFactors, SAP S/4 Hana application with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
This role requires to assist team manager to oversee administration, mentor team for L2 support, manage stakeholders’ expectation and handle contract renewal.
1. Project Management, Administration and Governance:
· Oversee daily operation, job monitoring report to ensure BAU (Business as Usual) of HRIS application.
· Oversee vulnerability assessment, capacity management and software lifecycle to ensure timely remediation of identified issues.
· Alias with downstream system teams for interface files troubleshooting.
· Coordinate production deployment process and administrative account access.
· Prepare presentation material for routine project management meeting with system owners and working committees.
2. Vendor Management:
· Serve as primary contact point of vendor support.
· Follow up outstanding incident tickets with vendor closely.
· Monitor vendor service level agreement.
3. Business User Support:
· Provide support to HR application related issues and inquiries.
· Evaluate potential solutions, propose recommendations or optimization to resolve business problems.
· Liaise closely with business users and build good rapport.
4. Team Leadership:
· Supervise and mentor team members with guidance and technical support.
· Conduct regular review on team members performance.
Requirements / Qualifications:
1) Bachelor’s degree in information technology/computer science or related field.
2) 7 - 8 years in application maintenance support & project implementation.
3) Experience in SAP SuccessFactors & SAP HCM modules.
4) Added advantage with knowledge in SAP S/4 Hana, SAP BTP & CPI.
5) Strong in verbal and written communication, analytical and problem-solving skills with team player spirit
