Description
Pay Rate: $15 per hour
Location: Sengkang area (15min walk from bus station)
Reporting Hours: 1 pm to 5 pm (Monday – Friday), Saturday work may be required
Responsibilities:
- Engage with migrant workers using Migrant Worker Centre (MWC)-prepared content.
- Escalate complex queries, not covered in training materials or FAQs, to on-site MWC staff or via the provided hotline.
- Propose operational or engagement method improvements as identified.
- Assist in preparing daily and/or monthly reports as required.
- Perform additional duties assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements:
- Minimum ITE certification.
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong customer service orientation, adept at positively interacting with migrant workers.
- Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly and maintain confidentiality.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and one of the following languages: Tamil, Bengali, Thai, or Mandarin, to communicate effectively with migrant workers.
- Flexibility to adapt to changes and varying tasks.
