- Position Title: Production Engineer/ Production Planner
- Working Location: North East (Transport provided)
- Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8.30 am – 6 pm
- Salary Package: Up to $4100 + Variable Bonus
- Duration: Permanent Role
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate equipment, materials, and manpower to effectively execute job orders.
- Oversee the production plan's execution, addressing any issues promptly to avoid delays.
- Ensure the final product adheres to quality standards and meets customer specifications.
- Escalate complex production issues to the Manager for timely resolution.
- Analyze order backlogs and forecasts to optimize production scheduling and priorities.
- Collaborate with Estimation, Purchasing, and Production teams to enhance operational efficiency and runtime.
- Maintain strict adherence to company standards and production policies to achieve organizational goals.
- Any other task as assigned by the Superior.

- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proficient in manual and CNC machining processes.
- Extensive knowledge of fabrication, aircraft jigs & fixtures, mechanical assembly, and aircraft maintenance tooling.
- Proficiency with Material Requirements Planning (MRP) systems.
