Job Responsibilities:
- Assist Maintenance Manager to oversee daily activities of maintenance
- Ensure maintenance works are carried out safely
- Conduct performance appraisal and recommend for promotion and disciplinary actions
- Disseminate and explain management information to Maintenance Technicians
- Conduct on-the-job training for Maintenance Technicians
- Arrange and authorise overtime work schedule
- Ensure proper taking over and handing over of plant equipment
- Ensure propose and regular housekeeping
- Prepare monthly maintenance report
- Ensure that work activities are complying to all risk control measures and adhere to safe work procedure according to WSH (Risk Management) requirements
- Any assigned ad-hoc task(s)
Requirements:
- NITEC of Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- Experience in Plant and good working knowledge of all operations in the plant
