- Position: Accounts Assistant/Executive (WORK IN SINGAPORE)
- Location: Tuas (company transport provided - pick up @ Jurong Point)
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday (8am - 5pm)
- Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $3,000 + AWS + Performance Bonus
- Duration: Permanent
- Industry: Manufacturer of specialist chemicals
Main Responsibilities:
- Responsible for day to day Accounts Payable and Receivable duties
- Perform quarterly GST submission
- Update daily cash book
- Bank reconciliation, cheque preparation and internet banking payment
- Handle petty cash and process expenses claim
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements:
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates in view of business communications
- Requires relevant accounting qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of accounting work experience
