Responsibilities:
Main responsibilities includes Client static data maintenance, Fees management, Account Opening/Closing checks, E-Services setup and to drive continuous process improvements.
- Ensure accurate and timely delivery of the department’s tasks, keeping data privacy and security.
- Recommend improvements on process workflow
- Perform reviews of change maintenance request related to KYC (e.g. change of structure, beneficial owner, authorized signer etc.)
- Perform account update and changes per inter department / client’s instruction i.e. address proof, passport / IDs submission, blocking and unblocking, classes update
- Process online banking account opening process including distribution of token/password and letters.
- Account opening including reviewing account opening application forms and documents
- Performs account closure including pre closure checks
- Handling returned mails process, including communication with Front Office till resolution of issue
- Open and manage outstanding document issues, i.e. CRM issue
- Handling Audit confirmation / Reference Letter requests
- Performing 3 way callbacks
- Taking part in internal project / working discussion as department SME
- Generate reports and perform updates according to requirements
Requirements:
- About 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Knowledge of Avaloq is beneficial
- Well organized and attention to details
- Able handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Good computer skills (Words / Excel / Outlook)
- Strong analytical and evaluation skills and attention to details
