Job Description
- Work with Project Manager to manage project related tasks to achieve the project objectives on time and within the cost target by strictly enforcing quality, safety, and customer satisfaction throughout the entire duration of the project.
- Ensure performance targets are achieved.
- Provide regular site progress update status to project manager.
- Ensure compliance to Schindler Organizational Norms, policies, procedures and requirements of the process and quality hold points defined in the work instructions of the Top Range Excellence / Fulfilment Plus process.
- Ensure product line-based installation checklists are progressively checked, signed and filed Conduct toolbox meeting minimum 2 times / month Monitor and review overall installation and T & C timeline and preparation of catch-up proposal, if applicable.
- Conduct weekly site progress meeting with subcontractors, monitor and supervise to ensure the subcontractors comply to the quality procedures & standard of workmanship. Checking on quality and quantity of work by subcontractors.
- Preparation of detailed program for the site team to follow accordingly & completed in time.
- Resolve drawing discrepancies & technical difficulties with Drawing team
Requirements:
- Degree in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience with supervisory experience
- Local construction knowledge, experience in managing mixed-used or large scale residential project
