Responsibilities:
- Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Architecture/Interior Design or equivalent.
- Have a passion for design & creativity and strive for innovation.
- Coordinating the internal design team for a project as well as preparing and developing drawings, mood, models, images, materials, and design independently with minimal supervision.
- Program Hospitality client needs, conceptual design, design development, space planning and construction documentation.
- Create and present materials to internal and external customers from inception to completion of projects.
- Manage the interior design process for an entire project consistent with project’s program, budget, and time constraints.
- Perform professional architectural design and project management for construction projects.
- Coordinate project teams in the progress of architectural design and construction drawings and documents, interior design drawings, specifications, schedule, cost estimates and project reports.
- Formulates designs which are practical, aesthetic, and conducive to intended purposes, such as enhancing user experience, moving people, creating exciting and comfortable seating and amenities.
- Excellent project management skills and previous experience working across multiple projects, dealing with multiple stakeholders.
Skills & Experience:
- AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, Sketch Up, Microsoft Office is a must.
- At least 4-7 year(s) of working experience in Corporate Office Interior Design.
- Excellent organisational skills, and a can do attitude and be a team player.
- Experience leading and mentoring others in identifying / resolving complex problems required.
- A dedicated, discipline and responsible individual.
