RESPONSIBILITIES
- Carry out activities (operating machine, soldering, testing, packing, gluing, etc.) based on a daily production schedule as assigned by the Superior.
- Follow and adherence to production document and process/work instruction during operation and stop and escalate if any non-conformance/issue (on product/raw material quality issues, fixture problem, and test rejects encountered.)
- Record of the production data (clocking time, defects/rejects, etc.).
- Follow safety procedures and company policies for equipment/process operation.
- Identify and promptly report hazards to Supervisor immediately.
- Maintain the work area clean, safe and organized by 5S housekeeping.
- Work with the respective parties to resolve technical issues and improve production processes.
- Work on 1st level technical issue(s) and sustaining production processes when needed.
- Involve in line balancing activities within work cells/ Self-organizing.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of a NITEC in Engineering.
- No experience candidates are welcomed to apply.
- Prepared to learn and adapt to new challenges.
- Good problem-solving skills.
- Good interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- Experience in assembly, testing or troubleshooting as an added advantage.
