Responsibilities :
- Cooperate with projects to introduce new products;
- Plan and implement production lines according to needs;
- Participate in IPD product reviews, make relevant suggestions and implement them;
- Responsible for formulating and continuously optimizing new product manufacturing processes;
- Responsible for analyzing existing product process rhythm and optimizing production line balance;
- Conduct safety management of process-related issues and incidents and develop corrective and preventive actions to reduce the occurrence of future risk events and improve safety and efficiency
- Preparation, training and optimization of process control documents and work instructions (SOP);
- Responsible for the technical guidance, management, supervision and technical services of the manufacturing site;
- On-site product quality issues continue to improve.
Requirements:
- College diploma or above, major in manufacturing technology;
- More than 3 years of manufacturing process and IE experience;
- Familiar with manufacturing/assembly, software filling and integration testing processes;
- Be proficient in using AutoCAD, Solidworks or Creo for drawing any 1 can send;
- Have rich experience in manufacturing process development, production line process balancing and production line introduction;
- Have a strong sense of responsibility, rigorous and practical work style, and strong execution ability;
- Good at learning, enterprising, with strong team spirit and communication, organization and coordination skills.
