Job Summary:
The main job of a Machine Maintenance Technician is to attend to and repair any breakdown or plan maintenance for all machinery, equipment, and facility in the company.
Roles & Responsilibities:
- Basic understanding CNC machines Axes and type of machines.
- Basic understanding of ATC and APC function and movement.
- Basic understanding manual and CNC machines.
- Able to understand machine hydraulic, pneumatic and mechanical drawing.
- Able to assist in conducting PM on machine.
- Basic understanding of ITS Tools.
- Basic understanding cladding machines Axes and type of machines.
- Able to understand basic cladding machine electrical circuit diagram with guidance.
- Basic understanding of power supply(type of supply).
Qualifications:
- Minimum NTC-3 in Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical or NITEC equivalent.
- At least 1 year experience in Manufacturing Plant.
- Able to read and interpret CNC Machine Electrical/Mechanical drawing, manuals and work instructions.
- Experience on trouble-shooting CNC and Programmable Logic controls will be added advantage.
- Must be able to work in shifts.
- Able to work under pressure.
- Good team player with high safety consciousness.
- Hardworking and detail orientated.
- Good analytical and problem solving skills.
- Self-motivated and work well under pressure.
