Responsibilities:
- Be the main point of contact for all client’s day-to-day communication and oversight; own overall client satisfaction and proactively identify opportunities
- Work with the Senior Account Manager to optimize, retain, and up-sell business
- Build effective client relationships as acts as a day-to-day partner; working with them to achieve their marketing objectives and works to nurture and grow the relationship
- Owns projects from briefs to execution with support from the senior account manager when needed
- Is a committed, responsible and confident leader of projects, who can work independently and as part of the wider team
- Brief creative, operations and third parties to ensure all parties are fully equipped with the required information and expectations are fully met
- Helps to manage client finance process
- Attends weekly client meetings and actions on client requests and briefs in a timely manner
- Owns day-to-day client communication,, including weekly reports
- Always provides the standard of service to the client that meets and exceeds client expectations
