The Head of Digital Marketing will oversee the creation and execution of demand generation and demand-capturing initiatives that drive qualified leads, sales pipeline growth, and new business MRR (Monthly Recurring Revenue). This role will require a deep understanding of paid media channels, a proven track record of success in driving results with paid media, and experience managing and motivating a team of marketing professionals.

Responsibilities:
Lead a team of 7 professionals
Develop and execute a comprehensive demand generation strategy across paid media channels, including Google Ads, Bing Ads, LinkedIn Ads
Manage and optimize paid media campaigns to achieve maximum ROI (Return on Investment)
Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of demand-generation and demand-capturing campaigns
Work closely with the sales and other marketing teams to align efforts and drive revenue
Collaborate with other departments, such as product and customer service, to create cohesive demand-generation efforts
Conduct market and customer research to identify opportunities and challenges
Create and manage demand generation budgets and forecasts
Provide training and support to team members on demand generation best practices and tools
Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in demand generation
Present and report on demand generation results to stakeholders
