PRIMARY OBJECTIVE:
- Provide quality and efficient customer service at all times
- Ensure accuracy and efficiency are not compromised in cash handling practices
- Comply with the Bank's policy and guidelines in cash handling practices
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Customer Service
- Show confidence in dealing with customers in different situations
- Create a good rapport with customers by providing a positive customer experience at all times
- Manage customers’ expectations by offering the appropriate support and/or solution
Operational
- Manage Singapore Dollars & foreign currencies float effectively and accurately
- Assist Teller to collect Singapore Dollar deposit and cash processing
- Perform Teller duties if the need arises
- Ensure accurate transaction validations are performed
- Maintain accurate daily cash holding balances
- Perform daily check on foreign currency stock holdings
- Other ad hoc duties assigned
Compliance
- Adhere to Bank / Department policy and guidelines strictly to ensure task is carried out properly
Team Work
- Assist colleagues to achieve team goals by offering support and advice
- Encourage and promote team work within the team
