Duties:
1.Perform full spectrum of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable in a timely manner.
2.Prepare quarterly GST report/submission of GST returns.
3.Assist statutory audit inquiries and tax agents.
4.Reconcile and maintain balance sheet accounts.
5.Monitor bank statements/staff claims.
6.Processing of payments and invoices
7.Managing and preparation of financial reports
8.Any other duties as assigned from time to time.
Requirements:
-Minimum diploma or degree in accounting or other related finance fields
-Have good knowledge and have hands on experience on accounting is preferred
-At least 2 years of working experience in the accounts department
-Proficient in excel
-Able to work independently
