Job Description
As a Real Estate Lead Generation Specialist, you will play a pivotal role within our sales team, responsible for identifying and nurturing potential leads to expand our customer base. Your communication skills will be instrumental in engaging with prospects and converting them into qualified leads.
Responsibilities:
1. Lead Identification: Utilize a variety of methods, including online research and cold calling, to identify and prospect potential clients.
2. Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, interactions, and progress using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software.
3. Lead Nurturing: Initiate and maintain meaningful communication with leads through personalized and targeted approaches, catering to their specific needs and pain points.
4. Qualification: Conduct thorough assessments to qualify leads based on their interest, budget, timeline, and decision-making authority.
