Responsibilities:
- Lead the team on the review and setting of strategic asset allocation.
- Support on ALM (Asset-Liability management) initiatives.
- Lead the team on the review HNW product pricing and campaign assessment. Ensure the product design and pricing meets all the regulatory and internal requirement.
- Drive the enhancement of working tools for business requirements.
- Managing and developing the team
- Strong actuarial technical knowledge and experience in ALM and product pricing.
- Timely and accurate submission of internal and regulatory reports.
- Adhere with internal and regulatory requirements.
- Highlight key financial / actuarial issues to management with the proposed management actions.

Requirements:
- Degree in Actuarial Science or relevant
- At least 8-10 years of working experience in Actuarial
- Qualified actuary from a recognized international actuarial body
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, commercial acumen and superior analytical skills
- Experience of management of a team or proven coaching ability
