- Basic Monthly Salary: From $3000 to $4500+Shift Allowance+AWS + Variable Bonus
Your Responsibilities: -
- Identify and evaluate current process gaps, leading the implementation of new processes.
- Ensure plant operations adhere to design specifications.
- Lead risk assessments and FMEA activities.
- Perform regular checks and conduct briefings.
- Train engineers and technicians on new or updated processes.
- Maintain the engineering team’s optimal proficiency.
You will need: -
- Degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in chemical manufacturing.
- Knowledge of ISO9000, 14000, 45000, and 50000.
- Only Singaporean
