- Build a network of volunteers with community partners to support health promotion activities.
- Recruit, manage volunteers and deploy them to suitable volunteer activities.
- Develop training material and conduct training for volunteers.
- Develop and implement new activities for volunteers to support health promotion in the community.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in any discipline, preferably in related field
- Analytical and organised, able to translate concepts into actionable goals.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Resourceful and meticulous team player who is able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience in volunteer management, preferably in Healthcare or Social Service Sector.
