SaaS Product Sales

We are a leading SaaS platform solutions provider that consults and implements CRM, CMS, Marketing, and Sales Automation solutions for our clients. We are looking for a driven and results-oriented talent to join our business team. This is a pure hunter role with a key focus on acquiring net new customers, and you will be closely supported by our pre-sales and engineering team. You will play a critical role in driving our sales strategy, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets.


Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage potential customers in the SME and Mid-market segments.
  • Develop and maintain productive relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations, both remotely and in-person when required.
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition of our products and services to potential clients.
  • Qualify leads and opportunities, understanding client needs and tailoring solutions to match.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities, tracking progress through CRM systems.
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and future business opportunities.
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and provide regular reports on sales performance and forecasts.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics to adjust sales strategies accordingly.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Management, Marketing, Media, or IT streams.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and/or business development with a proven track record of success in sales, preferably within the technology industry.
  • Prior experience working with the HubSpot Platform will be advantageous.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales software. Training on the SaaS product will be provided.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information clearly.
  • Strong proficiency in spoken and written English is required.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven with a proactive approach to sales.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
