Head of Crude Trading
We are seeking an experienced Head of Crude Trading to lead our client’s trading team. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in both physical and paper trading of crude oil. This role requires strategic vision and operational execution to maximize profitability while managing risks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement trading strategies for crude oil
- Manage the complete trading cycle from deal origination to execution
- Lead market analysis to forecast trends and make informed trading decisions.
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders
- Oversee the risk management framework for trading activities
- Mentor and develop the trading team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor or above in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in crude oil trading
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a team.
- Fluent in English and Chinese to facilitate effective communication with headquarters and global partners.
