1. Inventory Management:
- Maintain accurate inventory records to match sales requirements.
- Oversee inventory storage and movement, optimizing space utilization.
- Implement and enforce inventory control procedures to reduce discrepancies and losses.
2. Procurement and Timely Procurement:
- Maintain communication with suppliers for adherence to schedules.
- Regularly assess and update procurement strategies for cost-effectiveness and efficiency.
- Monitor the procurement cycle, ensuring compliance with timelines and contractual obligations.
- Prepare and process Purchase Requisition/Purchase Orders, monitor purchase flow and contracts, ensure timely delivery and track the full procurement cycle, from requisition to settlement.
- Maintain and update system database to track approval status.
- Address relevant requests and clarifications on procurement administration when necessary.
3. Logistics and Effective Communication:
- Coordinate with suppliers and forwarders for timely and accurate delivery information.
- Manage logistics documentation and compliance with regulations.
- Foster strong relationships with suppliers, forwarders, and delivery service companies.
- Ensure effective communication and coordination within the supply chain.
- Be the point of contact for Customers on supply chain and logistics topics (delivery requirements, packaging requirements, payment terms, quality issues).
- Responsible for order management activities and documentation (LC, Import & Export), data entry, and processing of information.
4. Delivery, Guaranteed On-Time Delivery, and Accurate Delivery Services:
- Guarantee precise and timely delivery to customers as per their requirements.
- Work with delivery service companies to ensure efficient and quality service.
- Monitor and improve delivery processes for enhanced customer satisfaction.
- Proactively manage delivery schedules to align with sales needs and customer demands.
- Provide regular updates on delivery status and address any discrepancies promptly.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in a similar role within a healthcare or medical technology environment.
