- Prepare and cook a variety of Japanese dishes such as SUSHI, SASHIMI, TEMPURA.
- Ensure the quality and freshness of all ingredients used in sushi preparation.
- Maintain high standard of hygiene cleanliness.
- Practice effective communication strategies with colleagues and customers.
- Monitors ordering and stock inventory.
Job Requirements:
- Must be humble and willing to learn.
- Minimun of 3 years job related experience.
- Willing to work on weekends and Public holidays (especially CNY)
- Willing to stand for a long period of time.
- Willing to assign in different outlets.
- Requires 6 days of work per week.
