Job Description:
- Assist Sales Team: Support the sales team in developing and implementing sales strategies and achieving targets.

- Issue Resolution: Address and resolve any issues related to shipments, including delays, damages, or discrepancies.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential business opportunities.
- Reporting: Prepare and present reports on sales performance, market conditions, and client feedback to senior management.
- Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns, providing information about services, and handling complaints.
- Follow-Up: Ensure timely follow-up with clients after service delivery to gather feedback and maintain relationships.

Requirements:
1. Education and Experience:

- Experience: Typically 2-4 years of experience in sales or customer service within the freight forwarding or logistics industry.
